Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee

Mandate

This committee 

  •  Advises and assists the Board and Branch in the implementation of strategies and programs which will assist the Bar to recognize, reflect and promote equity and diversity within CBA Saskatchewan, the profession as a whole and the justice system. 
  • Promotes and encourages the inclusion of CBA-SK members of equity-seeking groups in the profession. 
  • Seeks to address all attitudinal, systemic and structural barriers. 

The goal of the committee and of CBA Saskatchewan is substantive equity, not representational equity.
