CBA Saskatchewan has been contacted by the Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety to provide consultation on recommendations from the Workers’ Compensation Act Committee of Review that would require legislative change. The attached consultation letter outlines the recommendations and provides membership with an avenue to communicate their comments with the Ministry. All consultation comments need to be provided to the Deputy Minister by June 30, 2017.
