Jana Linner Becomes CBA Saskatchewan President Effective September 1, 2022

The Canadian Bar Association, Saskatchewan Branch is pleased to announce Jana Linner as Branch President effective September 1, 2022.

Jana Linner is a Partner at MLT Aikins LLP in Regina. She obtained her Bachelor of Administration (with a focus on Accounting and Finance, Great Distinction) from the University of Regina in 2005 and her Bachelor of Laws (Great Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008.

She clerked for the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2009. Her practice focuses on labour and employment and employers in a wide variety of industries.

Jana has been a member of the CBA since 2005. She has participated in the Regina Mid-Winter Planning Committee since 2012 and was Chair of the 2018 Mid-Winter. Jana joined the Board of Directors as Education Director in September 2019 and assumed the role of Treasurer in September 2020. She has advanced through the roles of Treasurer and Vice President to her current position.
