CBA Saskatchewan's Immigration Law section provided comments on The Foreign Workers Recruitment & Immigration Services Act. After canvassing the membership for additional comments on the proposed legislation, the 2012-2013 President and Immigration Law Section Chair responded on behalf of the Branch.
